Terence Gregory: Chief Executive Officer

Terence is a business executive with many years of board level experience in both the corporate and SME (small and medium enterprise) environments. Terence has previously been employed by prestigious organisations such as Mercedes-Benz SA, AFGRI, Imperial and McCarthy and as an entrepreneur, was responsible for the development in South Africa of the Citroen and SsangYong organisations. He is a strategy and turn-around specialist with a track record of successful turnaround engagements. He is currently the CEO of Ecsponent, responsible for overseeing the operations of the Group since his appointment to the role in September 2010.

Part of the John Daniels Old Boys Society, he was instrumental in acquiring a number of shell or shelf companies. His association and close comradeships with Eunè Engelbreght allowed him to, fly under the radar when business decisions and choices were made.

Terence sometimes acting as the master brain acquiring companies, paying “GOODWILL” and exuberant prices for shares in worthless companies, just to name a few, Mybucks, and Cryozone.
