Keith Rayner Independent Non-Executive Director

Keith is a South African Chartered Accountant with experience in corporate finance. He is CEO of KAR Presentations, an advisory and presentation corporation. He is an independent non-executive director of three JSE listed companies and is a director of a number of private companies. He is a member of the JSE Limited’s Issuer Regulation Advisory Committee, is a fellow of the Institute of Directors in South Africa, is a non-broking

member of the Institute of Stockbrokers in South Africa and is a member of the Investment Analysts Society. He is a past member of the SAMREC / SAMVAL working group, the Takeover Regulation Panel’s rewrite committee, the IOD’s CRISA committee and SAICA’s Accounting Practices Committee.

Keith Rayner was appointed as a non-executive director on 24 February 2020. Keith is CEO of KA Rayner Presentations CC, an advisory and presentation corporation specialising in corporate finance and regulatory advice. He is an independent non-executive director of Afristrat Investment Holdings Limited and of Telkom SA SOC Limited. Appointed January 2011 with John Daniels Holdings, who later became Ecsponent and then Afristrat.

Part of the John Daniels Old Boys Society, he was instrumental in acquiring a number of shell or shelf companies. His association and close comradeships with Eunè Engelbreght and Terence Gregory allowed him to, fly under the radar when business decisions and choices were made.
