Overview of Pink Orchid: Pink Orchid will be an investment holding company, holding the following material investments at the effective date either directly, or indirectly through its Botswana based, wholly-owned subsidiary, Fodnort Proprietary Limited: 51% of the issued ordinary share capital of Energy Systems Group Proprietary Limited, a company with a renewable energy infrastructure, and a supplier and implementation expert in Botswana.

Fodnort Proprietary Limited a shelf company, registered on the 18th February 2018, only to become Zahra Equity Ventures on the 14th of August 2019

Investment Trust being 49% shareholding (23,643,134 ordinary shares) in Invest Solar Zimbabwe Limited. This Security may be replaced by mutual agreement between the Noteholder and the Issuer.
